Applicants must fulfill the following educational and professional criteria:
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution.
Diploma/Certificate of at least six months' duration in Computer Application from a recognized institution.
Typing Speed: Minimum 40 words per minute in English and 30 words per minute in Hindi on a computer.

The selection will be based on a three-stage process. The written test (Part-A) includes English Language & Grammar, Hindi Language & Grammar, and Computer Awareness. Minimum Qualifying Marks: 40% in Objective Test, 90% accuracy in English Typing, 85% accuracy in Hindi Typing, and 30% marks in Interview.
