Educational Qualification:
A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
Computer Literacy: Operating and working knowledge in computer systems (Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/language or studied Computer/IT as a subject in High School/College).
Proficiency in Local Language: Candidates must know how to read, write, and speak the official language of the State/UT applied for.
