The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the CRP RRBs-XV notification for recruitment to Group A Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group B Office Assistants (Multipurpose) across Regional Rural Banks in India. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree are eligible to apply. Educational & Professional Qualifications:
Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized University. Proficiency in local language required.
Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Preference for Agriculture, Forestry, IT, Law, Management, Economics, or Accountancy.
Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): Bachelor's degree with minimum 50% aggregate marks + 2 years experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officers): Degree in IT/CA/Law/Treasury/Marketing/Agriculture + 1 to 2 years relevant post-qualification experience.
Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Bachelor's degree with minimum 50% marks + minimum 5 years experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
