Post-wise educational qualification criteria:
IT Officer (Scale I): 4-year Engineering/Technology Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or equivalent, OR Post Graduate Degree in relevant disciplines, OR Graduate with DOEACC 'B' Level certification.
Agricultural Field Officer (Scale I): 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Dairy Science, Fishery Science, or allied fields.
Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale I): Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at graduation, OR Post Graduate Degree in Sanskrit with Hindi and English as subjects.
Law Officer (Scale I): Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) and enrollment as an advocate with the Bar Council.
HR/Personnel Officer (Scale I): Graduate along with a 2-year full-time post graduate degree or diploma in HR, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Law, or Social Work.

Key Selection Guidelines:
The Online Preliminary Exam marks are qualifying in nature and will not be counted for final merit listing.
Final selection is strictly prepared based on combined scores of the Online Main Examination and the Interview in an 80:20 weightage ratio.
A penalty of 0.25 marks is applicable for each wrong answer in objective examinations.
