Minimum educational requirements for the posts:
Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University or Institute.
Proficiency in operation of Computer (Word Processing and Spread Sheets).
Clerk: Typing speed of 35 words per minute in English on a computer.
Steno-Typist: Stenography dictation speed of 80 words per minute and transcription speed of 50 minutes on computer.
ICT Training: Mandatory 80-hour ICT Training Course (CCC) certificate from a government-recognized institute is required at the time of appointment.
